🌌 Stargazing Evening Checklist

The great thing about star

gazing is you need very little equipment, however to make your enjoyment more comfortable experience, we've a few top tips.


What to bring Stargazing


☐ Red light torch

☐ Phone on low brightness / night mode

Your eyes can take around 30 minutes to adjust from white light to the dark skies, so give them a chance by keeping the glare away before you start stargazing.


☐ Warm coat

☐ Hat & gloves

☐ Extra layer (fleece/jumper)

☐ Sturdy footwear

☐ Camping chair

☐ Blanket

Keeping warm and staring up will be much more fun if your warm and comfortable


☐ Binoculars/telescope

You'll be amazed at how much there is to see with just your eyes so this really isn't essential, but if your looking for planets and craters this might help
